DISPATCH INFORMATION
WHEN WE SHIP ORDERS
DPD: Orders placed before 12pm Monday – Friday are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after that time or during the Weekends and holidays are shipped the next working day.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1-3 working days.
However, 94% of our orders are delivered the next working day!
**Please note, during busy times and high volumes of orders, your package might take a bit longer to get to you. Please allow up to 3 days for your order to arrive.

Important: Sunday & Bank Holiday – No deliveries.

Please note…
We aim to meet these delivery times, but deliveries may take a little longer during busy periods especially after bank holidays, Christmas etc.
Occasionally, force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, may affect these delivery services for a limited time, resulting in changes to our cut-off times and/or delivery times. However, we will always work hard to keep these temporary changes to a minimum.
We cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels due to any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

STOCK
We have a large stock of all listed products on the website. However, in the case that a product is not available, we can generally get this within 24 – 72 hours. We will always inform you when this happens.
REFUND POLICY
Not happy with a product? Please return it unopened and unused and we will refund your credit card or credit your account with the price of the product excluding shipping charges. Please email info@bodyfirst.ie before returning any goods giving a reason for the return. We might ask for a photo if a product is damaged. We must receive the product within 30 days of purchase or we cannot give any refund.
If a product is out of stock after you have ordered, we will offer you an alternative as a replacement. If you do not want the alternative, we will then refund you the cost of the product you originally ordered or offer you a credit note.
All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are a copy of information found on the manufacturer website. We are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products. We do our best to provide you with quality supplements so please email us with any queries/problems you might have. Please note that any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities. Refunds will be made on the card used to purchase the product or Paypal.
REDELIVER
If we have to re-deliver the parcel due to a fault of the customer, e.g. incorrect address, invalid/missing eircode, wrong contact number or nobody present at the address to sign for the parcel, there will be a charge of €4.99 to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.
