Defib V3 directions for use:
Defib V3 is a highly dosed, research driven pre-workout formulated for advanced trainers. Please consider your own tolerance levels prior to use. We recommend taking one scoop (10.5g) mixed with 250 โ 350ml of water 20 โ 30 minutes prior to training. Advanced users may benefit from taking two scoops (21g) in the same way. Optimal dosages of active ingredients attained at two scoops. Do not exceed more than 2 servings in any 24hr period. Do not use within 5hrs of intended sleep, unless you donโt wanna.

Please note!ย ‘Clumping’ is common and unfortunately usual with this product, a result of the high dosages of infamously hygroscopic (moisture absorbing) ingredients within (looking at you, Glycerol!!!); moisture tabs have been added by the manufacturer to mitigate this but these are often not 100% effective. ๐ The good news is that, whilst unsightly,ย these clumps do not impact the safety or efficacy of the product in any way… they can just a bit of a nuisance when measuring and mixing. ๐ In nearly all circumstances theย clumps, lumps and bumps will breakdown just fine in waterย – especially when shaken, whisked or blended – leaving the product as powerful and enjoyable as ever!
