Each KIND Protein bar is made out of whole, all natural ingredients and has 12g of protein. 8 grams of protein comes directly from peanuts.

Almonds: Undoubtedly the hero of our pantry, we use only perfectly whole, smooth almonds and roast them to perfection.
Sea Salt: Our sea salt had has a clean, delicate taste to balance the nutty, fruitiness of our recipes.
Peanuts: Fun fact: peanuts are not technically nuts at all! These ‘legumes’ grows underground with a green leafy top, but don’t worry – they’re still packed with a crunchy, nutty flavour.
Honey: The honey in our bars is a special blend made from various wild flower varieties – its subtle sweetness doesn’t overpower and creates the perfect texture to hold together wholesome ingredients.
Cashews: A KIND™ Team favourite (it’s always the first nut to disappear from our office trail mix stash) – we only use smooth cashews for their creamy taste and texture.
Dark Chocolate: Also known as baking chocolate, this simple mixture of chocolate solids and cocoa butter provides a strong, deep flavor we love.
