Scitec Nutrition Vegan Protein contains five different sources of plant-based protein. It is sugar- and gluten-free and contains no preservatives and is fortified with vitamin B12, which plays an important role in reducing exhaustion* and is an essential vitamin for anyone, whether vegan or not.

If you are a committed vegetarian or vegan, or for some other reason (such as an intolerance) you prefer not to consume animal proteins, you will have to look into your options for plant-based protein sources. These, however, do not have a full amino acid profile as even if they contain all the essential amino acids, their relative ratio does not match human needs, as opposed to animal protein sources. Recommended dose: Take one serving per day (33 grams, 3/4 scoop) mixed into 300ml of water. On your training days, use after your workout; on your rest days, consume in the afternoon.
