• No common allergen added. This product is manufactured in a facility that processes products containing nuts, milk, eggs, soy and fish.

Directions For Use: Mix 1 scoop (16.5g) in 200-300ml of water and consume approximately 15-30 mins before exercise

Include 1 scoop (3) of Glycersize™ for improved pump and hydration
