Triple whey protein power

1st Whey combines three forms of whey protein in one formula:

• Concentrate – a natural, nutrient-rich protein source high in amino acids,
• Isolate – highly purified with minimal fat and carbohydrates,
• Hydrolysate – pre-digested into short-chain peptides, commonly used in professional sports as a reliable protein source.

This triple synergy ensures fast and efficient protein delivery exactly when your muscles need it most – immediately after training.

The formula is further enhanced with essential BCAAs (leucine, isoleucine, valine) and L-glutamine. BCAAs are essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own and must be obtained through nutrition. One serving provides approximately 5 g of BCAAs and 5 g of glutamine, delivering a powerful amino acid profile.

Directions for use: Pour 200 ml of water or milk into a shaker, add 1 sachet (30 g) of powder, shake well and consume after exercise.
